"Everything went well until earlier the year when my premium went up $36 with no notice. I made 7 calls in 6 weeks only 1 return call. Every call i got the same bogus answer waiting on underwriting. $36 is not major amount, I'm on a fixed income I dodn't have extra money laying around. No after the question ,issue or concern no one like being ignored. When I said I could not see my trips on the drive safe and save beacon. They said they were seeing record my trips but that was a lie it hasn't recorded my trips for months. So there one reason miy rate went up and I was no longer getting the savings. If I figured this out they should have since it's their job."
